Cakes by Gyo was born in the middle of the pandemic! It was one of my son’s birthdays and my mom and I decided to make a special cake for him since we weren’t able to have a party.

Since then we have improved our techniques through courses, online and in-person, culminating in what we are able to do today! While we are still always learning, we are now able to make beautiful, custom cakes for the Denver area to make sure your cake is as special as the person or event you are celebrating!
